CCTV and Camera Installation Terms and Conditions:

  • Purpose: The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms and conditions for the installation of CCTV and camera systems.
  • Definitions: In this agreement, the term “CCTV and Camera Systems” refers to all equipment, devices, and materials that will be used in the installation of the CCTV and camera systems.
  • Installation: The installation of the CCTV and camera systems shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The installer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals required for the installation.
  • Delivery and Acceptance: The CCTV and camera systems shall be delivered and installed at the agreed-upon location. The client shall inspect the systems within 3 days of delivery and acceptance shall be deemed complete if no defects are reported within this time period.
  • Warranty: The installer shall provide a warranty on the CCTV and camera systems for a period of one year from the date of installation. During this time, the installer shall repair or replace anydefective components at no cost to the client. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the systems.
  • Training: The installer shall provide training to the client on the operation and maintenance of the CCTV and camera systems. The training shall be conducted at the location of the systems and shall be provided at no additional cost to the client.
  • Maintenance: The client shall be responsible for the regular maintenance of the CCTV and camera systems, including cleaning and replacing batteries as necessary. The installer shall be available to provide support and assistance as required.
  • Data Protection: The client shall ensure that all data collected by the CCTV and camera systems is stored, processed, and used in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  • Intellectual Property: The installer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to any software and technical information used in connection with the CCTV and camera systems. The client shall not reproduce, distribute, or use the software or technical information for any purpose other than the operation of the CCTV and camera systems.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material provision of this agreement.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the installation of the CCTV and camera systems takes place.
  • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and understandings between the parties. This agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
  • Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.

By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
