Car Check-up & Maintenance Terms & Conditions

• General Terms
  Car Check-up & Maintenance services are provided by the Service Provider to the Client.
  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by the Service Provider to the Client.
  The Client acknowledges that by using the services provided by the Service Provider, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

• Service Provider Obligations
  The Service Provider agrees to perform a thorough check-up and maintenance of the Client’s vehicle as described in the service agreement.
  The Service Provider will provide a written report of the findings and recommended maintenance and repairs.
  The Service Provider will use reasonable care in performing the services and will take all necessary steps to minimize any damage to the Client’s vehicle.
• Client Obligations
  The Client agrees to provide access to the vehicle for the Service Provider to perform the check-up and maintenance services.
  The Client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in good condition and suitable for the services to be performed.
  The Client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner.
• Fees & Payments
  The Client will be charged a fee for the check-up and maintenance services as agreed upon in the service agreement.
  The Client agrees to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms set out in the service agreement.
  The Service Provider reserves the right to charge additional fees for any additional services requested by the Client.
• Warranty
  The Service Provider warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and competent manner.
  The warranty period for the services is one year from the date of the check-up and maintenance.
  The Client must notify the Service Provider within the warranty period of any defects or problems with the services.
• Liability
  The Service Provider is not liable for any damages to the Client’s vehicle that result from the use of faulty or defective parts.
  The Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the Client’s vehicle while it is in the Service Provider’s possession.
  The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
• Termination
  The Client may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to the Service Provider.
  The Service Provider may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to the Client if the Client breaches any of the terms of this agreement.
• Governing Law
  These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
  Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or -in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.By using the Car Check-up & Maintenance services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Service Provider may change these Terms at any time by updating this page. The Client should regularly review these Terms to ensure that they are aware of any changes.
