Terms and Conditions  – AC compressor fitting Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before availing our/ HaterKache AC compressor fitting service ("Service"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms & conditions for using our Service. By availing the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

• Service Description: HaterKache AC compressor fitting service includes a thorough inspection of your air conditioning system to assess its functionality and identify any potential issues. Our technicians will inspect various components, clean filters, check refrigerant levels and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs if necessary.
• Service Appointment: You can using our customer/consumers App or Website for this order. The AC compressor fitting service by connecting our customer/consumer service App. We will try to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
• Service Fee & Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept our payment gateway- ShurjoPay by accepting credit/debit cards or any Mobile banking channel.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your online order on your wish. Every online orders (any technicians services) time duration depending on 30 minutes. In this time Customer or Technicians would be cancelled this order if it is needed. Please notify us at least within 30 minutes.
• Access & Cooperation: You must ensure that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the air conditioning system. Please provide any necessary authorization or permissions required for accessing the system. You are responsible for removing any personal belongings or obstacles that may hinder the inspection process.
• Liability: While our technicians will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing the AC compressor fitting service, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to the air conditioning system or surrounding property unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
• Recommendations & Repairs: If during the AC compressor fitting, our technicians identify any maintenance or repair needs, they will provide recommendations and estimate costs for your consideration. Any repairs or additional services will be subject to a separate agreement.
• Warranty: Our AC compressor fitting service does not include any warranty on the air conditioning system or its components. We recommend consulting our service warranty for 15 days.
• Confidentiality: We will treat any personal or confidential information obtained during the AC compressor fitting service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with t he laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
